IMPORTANT CHANGE TO CORPORATION BUREAU’S FEE SCHEDULE
- Effective December 24, 2003 -
Pursuant to Act 47 of 2003, enacted on December 23, 2003, all Corporation
Bureau fees other than for filings made under the Uniform Commercial Code have
been increased effective December 24, 2003. This increase applies to filings submitted on or after this date.
Filings received by the Corporation Bureau prior to December 24, 2003
will be subject to the old filing fees.
