NEW JERSEY DIVISION OF TAXATION FILING FEES FOR CORPORATE FILINGS HAVE INCREASED EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2002
Please note effective July 1, 2002 certain filing fees payable to the New Jersey Division of Taxation for Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships have increased. Click below for fee schedule. In addition to the increase in the standard filing fees the expedite fees have also increased. The new expedite fee for telephone inquiries and corporation filings is $15.00 and the expedite fee for Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnership and Limited Liability Partnership filings is $25.00. The expedite fees are in addition to the standard filing fees.
